To provide end-to-end services in our transmission line business, we have an in-house tower manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art machines and equipment that seamlessly produce towers that are automated from design to finished products.

We have an overall manufacturing capacity of more than 100,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) with full-fledged facilities for development of prototypes, large storage capacity for raw materials and finished goods, gantry and Goliath cranes for efficient handling of materials, CNC machines from FICEP (Italy) for fabrication of angles, plates, notching machines, bending press, heel grinding machines, etc.

The entire process from production to despatch is controlled and monitored through the SAP/QSM to ensure complete control and accuracy. We also have in place a route card system to monitor the movement of each part of the tower right from the source. Further, this assists in supplier coordination and increase visibility throughout the manufacturing process.

Another feature of our manufacturing is the systemised despatch process, which inter alia includes batch wise tower bundling under a covered shed and process controlled stacking and identification process to ensure minimal damages to the products. 
Our quality process includes a review of supplier capabilities to ensure that all materials are of the right quality and sizes. The quality testing is done in our on-site laboratory. Our manufacturing facilities, Vadodara and Deoli plants, are also strategically located near the port to cater to specific businesses and geographies.

We are an ISO (9001:2015, 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007) certified company, possessing one of the largest galvanising shops, which includes three galvanising baths with lengths ranging from 8.0 m, 9.0 m and 14.3 m that can handle all sizes and shapes of materials. We also have a CE certification for the European market.
