Transrail continuously inducts Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) from leading engineering institutes across India. Trainings

Leadership Development Programme at IMT Nagpur

The first batch of Transrail employees recently attended a Leadership Development Programme at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Nagpur). The programme was designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and managerial effectiveness among professionals across various functions.

Through interactive classroom sessions, case studies and group discussions, participants explored key areas such as strategic thinking, problem-solving, team management and communication. The programme provided an enriching learning experience, enabling participants to gain practical insights that can be applied in their roles at Transrail.
