We have an in-house state-of-the-art tower testing facility that uses a fully automatic Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) software technology. The facility can test towers with a maximum height of 85 m (280 ft.), maximum base width of 30 m (100 ft.) and multiple loading conditions up to 63 numbers. The facility is equipped to test self-supporting towers up to 1200 kV, guyed towers up to 765 kV, chainette towers up to 400 kV and transmission monopoles up to 500 kV. The facility is also equipped to erect a simultaneous second tower, ready for testing, thus saving a lot of time and increasing the productivity of the testing station. So far, we have designed and tested more than 400 towers (including 150 towers for the export market) of up to 800 kV for our clients across Canada, Mexico, Malaysia, Italy, Botswana, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Thailand, USA, and India.
